We are pleased to confirm that the issue affecting the external water supply has now been fully resolved. To confirm, Mark Hall Academy will reopen as normal on Thursday 5th February 2026. Thank you again for your patience and support.

Due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the external water supply to the main building, the Academy will be closed on Wednesday 4th February 2026. All students will need to remain at home for the day.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Academy open as normal Thursday 5th February 2026

The Academy will be open to alll students as usual on Thursday.

We are pleased to confirm that the issue affecting the external water supply has now been fully resolved.

We would like to thank all parents, carers and staff for their understanding and cooperation throughout the day.  We would also like to acknowledge the dedication of our students completing work remotely and parents who have supported with this. 

The issue, identified at 4:00am on Wednesday 4th February which was outside of our control, was resolved this afternoon following the tireless work of our Operations Team and external partners.

To confirm, Mark Hall Academy will reopen as normal on Thursday 5th February 2026.
